A thrilling (and almost always frightening) journey through the internet it has been. And I have got to admit, I am completely and utterly proud of myself for stating a project and finishing it!

Capitol F began with the need to keep myself busy through the dreary winter months, to stay motivated, creative and most of all, to stay stylish. Beginning this project was a huge excitement which led me to a few mistakes along the way. Hopefully I have learned by now.

Picture after picture of endless amateur style shots, I began to feel overwhelmed with the pressure I put on myself. I often looked at other bloggers, well established in their craft, and thought I needed to play at their level. I soon realized I was rushing quantity and COMPLETELY skipping the quality. Feeling stuck, I took a break to figure my shit out. And I soon did.

The back story of a brand, where it all began, the research and process of developing wearable art, it was never about style to begin with. Within starting my blog, I had forgotten my back story and I was the one who got caught up trying to be like everyone else. It's a game really, all of this blogging and until you figure it out, it's a trial and error process. I had deleted everything I had done and started over. Now, were right where we should be, giving you a look at the brand, not just a sick pair of shoes.
